Thread pruning

just out of curiosity, how often do you go through the forums and get rid of the inactive/outdated ones? The board seems pretty full of stuff noone's talking about anymore, and I was just wondering. Rick's Fan Club must go on!
Also, I'm going to find a picture of me as a baby and send it to you email so you can see the difference in me and little Jess' appearance--remember, Sue & I discussed why I was so puffy as a baby and Jess isn't? You'll see what I mean when I send you the photo. Might be tonight before I get to send it as I have an appointment this AM.

Most threads will remain, as they make good reading for those people joining the forum. I think RC will be around forever, might even make an official t-shirt ;)

Look forward to seeing the photo :)

The beauty of message boards like this (phpbb) neesie is that they can hold an almost limitless amount of posts whilst still keeping them easily searchable, so there's very little need to ever prune :). That's not to say some threads wouldn't benefit from being lost in the ether... ;)

Ooooh I want to help design the official "Rick's Fan Club" t-shirts! We can somehow combine the Union Jack & the Stars & Stripes & the Aussie flag....wonderful idea! Let's bring it up on the official fan club site!
